Cases
[edit]I added some of the cases he worked on as a trial lawyer. I have not included links to the cases, or citations because they are not uploaded onto CanLII. I am not sure if I should cite to Westlaw or Quicklaw, as most people will not be able to access that anyway. -- Lloyd55(talk), 24 March 2017 (UTC)
- Everything has to be cited, and paywalled sources are acceptable (see: WP:PAYWALL). I've tagged the relevant places where citations are needed. Preferably these should be to secondary sources, instead of primary sources, which would generally be disallowed as original research. The exception would be if the case has its own article where it's significance is explained, so a primary source conforming Moldaver's participation would be allowed.---- Patar knight - chat/contributions 22:03, 25 March 2017 (UTC)
