I came across this article patrolling the backlog for the NP. It's good to see such a well written piece in the list- the amount of spam and one sentence articles I come across! You have the makings of a fine article here, after a skim read, the one thing I'd say is that it's lacking WP:RS. There are some, but, ideally, there'd be a citation for more or less every fact in there to ensure that information is factually correct and can be verified easily. Also, the article may be within the scope of a wikiproject. If a relevant one can be found, its members may be able to give some more pointers and it might get the article some more traffic.
