Merged material has copyright problems
[edit]The material recently merged from 8-mop was copied from NIH. Although the content of this site is in the public domain, no acknowledgement was given. I am going to revert the material and let editors here sort out if or how the material should be reinserted and how to reference it properly. The editor who introduced it, In4pharm (talk · contribs), has a record of copyright violation and appears to be editing in order to promote the drugs-about.com website. Date / Timeline Issue
[edit]The first section indicates that "In 1970, Nielsen extracted 8-methoxypsoralen" but the last section indicates that the book 'Black Like Me' was written in 1961. How did the author take the substance a decade prior to it being chemically isolated? 2001:569:7D1E:7100:957C:DABD:A601:A051 (talk) 05:32, 10 June 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks for bringing this up. I've found a paper about the substance being isolated from bishop's weed, dated 1947. --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 06:39, 10 June 2020 (UTC)
