I previously re-worked this stub and had all my content deleted because editors thought I had a close association to the subject. I have zero affiliation to Melanie Perkins, I am a university student working on the stub for an assignment. Perkins is a high profile person in Australia (third richest women in Australia). It was for this reason, I thought she was notable enough for the Stub to be edited. Ghost phantom 123

I have rewritten this article and removed much of the content that should be included in the article on Canva, as it did not personally relate to Perkins. Remember, this article is about the person, not the company. There was duplication of many references. Where a reference is duplicated, please use <ref name=[insert text here]>. Many thanks. Do we think the article still has COI and UPE issues dating from October 2019 and April 2020? From what I see, the COI edits seem to have come from these IP address edits. Definitely wasn't NPOV, but the entire section has been re-written by Wikipedians with zero associations. The UPE tag was added by Zaynha here without explanation, while also moving this page to draft-space, which was quickly reverted. That user has been blocked indefinitely for sockpuppeting, so I don't think we can get an explanation from them on why UPE was added.
Latest AFR ranking (May 2021) puts Perkins as #12 richest woman in Australia and not necessarily the previously claimed 'second wealthiest woman' in Australia as that place is actually occupied by Angela Bennett, so to keep the article neutral, add AFR's latest stats as citation and kept the statement neutral as "one of the wealthiest women in Australia". Alternative source did not include the subject as #2 richest woman in Australia, so the current lede represents an updated and neutral source. --WomenProj (talk) 15:23, 6 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
