Melanie Cervantes was born in Harbor City,California, and raised in the South Bay of the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. She resides in the San Francisco, Bay Area.

Cervantes' visual art is inspired by her people, communities, and collective pursuit of radical change and social transformation.

Education
