Merge of Meir (disambiguation)

[edit]

I've suggested that Meir (disambiguation) is merged into this as the disambiguation page is short enough that it would make little difference to the length of this article; there are only 6 entries on that page that aren't on this page, most of which would be under a new section, and the remainder as 'Other uses/See also'. After removal of the hatnote, the size change would be minimal. — Sasuke Sarutobi (talk) 15:06, 17 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Meir is not a disambiguation page, but a set index. It is also the primary topic for this term, which is why I moved it from Meir (name) in the first place. This is actually a good example of something I mentioned here, because by baking the dab page into the name list, you are implying that Meir, Egypt and Meir (album) are derived from this name. —Xezbeth (talk) 13:37, 18 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
