Although well written, this page needs a contribution of more updated research. Though the links are active, much of the sources are from the 1990's while there is more current research being done. For example, in 2014, a larger study with a few conclusions about happiness was completed and was published in the Journal of Positive Psychology. It's just a normal phrase, and is not upcased in the article text. Per WP:CAPS and WP:TITLE: this is a generic, common term, not a propriety or commercial term, so the article title should be downcased. $Tony (talk)$ 13:25, 4 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
