Better sources needed

One of the primary sources (reference 1) in the article is a youtube video from a fringe organization. This is not a reputable source as per wiki policy. If we are going to state the details of the haunting, especially as something notable, it should have better sourcing than that. Please add additional sources, or this content needs to be removed.
