Mazinkaiser height: 33 meters??

[edit]

In the article Mazinkaiser's (OVA version) height is said to be 33m. How can that be? At 33m he would completely dwarf Zed, Great, Aphrodite and Venus. He's clearly taller than these four but at 33m he'd be nearly twice the size of Zed. Size comparisons: http://mazinworld.com/MazingerImages/ashmaz8.JPG http://mazinworld.com/MazingerImages/ashmaz9.JPG Is this just a case of the official specs being bad? Did they scale down Great from 25m but attempt to keep Mazinkaiser's official specs more impressive than Great's? I'd love to change that 33m figure but I have nothing to change it to. I would estimate he's maybe 25m tall, tops - but I can't just pull a figure like that out of thin air and stick it in the article, now can I? Zaku kai 18:34, 16 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Scale in a super robot anime is sometimes, but rarely, kept consistent. One obvious example is the Eva units varying from 30 to well over 100 meters in size dependng on what episode/scene they're in. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.235.249.80 (talk) 04:57, 7 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Mazinkaiser001.JPG

[edit]

Image:Mazinkaiser001.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
