Finland

[edit]

Can anyone provide a source for the Carol 600 being assembled in Turku in Finland between 1963 and 1974? If not I would suggest removing or replacing the text. I have been unable to find any information regarding any Mazdas being produced in the country. Especially considering that the brand was not officially sold there until 1965 according to this source. http://archive.is/R8aw#selection-511.0-518.0 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Barleria (talkcontribs) 16:45, 27 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Should the wording of the fourth and fifth gen sections be altered slightly?

[edit]

I edited the two sections to add the model year because the sections stated they were introduced as 1996 and 1999 models respectively. (I didn't even know that model years were only really applied to USDM and Canadian market cars for the most part until seeing the revert.) Since the model years aren't applicable, should that wording be removed?

I'm just mildly confused on that front. CzxxxxzC (talk) 04:43, 20 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@CzxxxxzC: Model Years are occasionally used in many markets, but they are not official in the way they are in North America. Including it in the prose is fine (if referenced), but for the infobox this field is reserved for USDM cars.  Mr.choppers | ✎  04:52, 20 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Okay. Thanks for the clarification. CzxxxxzC (talk) 04:53, 20 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
