"mazalozo / mazaloza" are terms that one will hardly find in an English or Spanish dictionary. The terms are cultural words that have survived in the speech of Sephardi Jews for many years. The terms are said to be in Judaeo-Spanish.
These terms are used when there is risk. When you win three consecutive times in a row, you're said to be "mazalozo," and when you win more than five consecutive times, you're said to be "fortunato"
