Comment

I think the 1975 race was between Democrat Cooper (whom I think was black, which would have been a very big deal at the time) and Independent (actually a Democrat alligned with the machine, but without the party nomination) Mulligan. I think Mulligan won, but may not have served his full term. I think he moved out of the city, or something. Dvd Avins 03:28, 15 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
