Contesting Speedy Deletion

Please do not delete this article because I believe this is significant because this shows the past and present leaders who contributed to the formation and development of the present town of Barugo. The purpose of creating this article is not to glorify politicians and to name who's who but to give some ideas on how this town developed from the Spanish colonial times to present .This will be very helpful especially to the young students of Barugo in their study of the town's history and political structure.
