Renaming
[edit]The building was renamed Maynard in 1906 by the Trust Company. They sold shares in it as a real estate investment bank under the title Trustee Property No. 5. See 10/31/1906 Seattle Times page 13 (page 12 in NewsBank) Roket (talk) 17:41, 10 March 2021 (UTC)
