Ella's version is not written by Allan Flynn and Frank Madden
[edit]Doing some research Ella Fitzgerald's version is not written by Allan Flynn and Frank Madden but instead Ira Gershwin and George Gershwin according to https://secondhandsongs.com/performance/219229/all . I can't confirm the source, but listening to both songs and checking the lyrics, they're nowhere near similar. So this is probably more accurate than the current credit. Manhattan serenade
