Why infobox military unit has been used?
[edit]When the introduction of the article makes it clear that Mavala is region based identity, why has a militaryunit infobox been used? Pratish_K (talk) 16:12, 14 March 2022 (UTC)
David Hardiman - an Unreliable Source, Page Overhaul
[edit]As far as agendas go, David Hardiman subscribes to Subaltern Historiography which in this context serves the aggrandization of a wholly unrelated 'marginalized' tribe. But that is not the chief factor incriminating his writings, more than his unfounded claims labelling anyone as Koli tribals without presenting a single contemporary evidence to back up his premises. This page needs to be overhauled along with other pages like Tanaji Malusare. The Deshmukhs of Maval are all Maratha, identifying specifically as the Maratha caste. The association with a distinct tribal Koli community is offensive to the heirs of the families David Hardiman unethically mislabels in his books, likely under douceur circulated in identity politics by Koli organizations in India. David Hardiman's claims are flimsy, offensive, and classify as modern Historical negationism as they are wholly unsupported in academia. There are no contemporary sources in his texts to remotely support Hardiman's claims and he is an author whose credibility needs to be scrutinized by experienced Wikipedia editors. This page has been distorted by sockpuppets of Premchand Mahaur from Haryana who is a notorious Koli chauvinist article vandalizer and already banned repeatedly from editting on Wikipedia. Requesting similar attention of admins on this page as provided earlier in clearing out his bilge. DeccanFlood (talk) 13:45, 30 January 2024 (UTC)
