Ok, review time:

• Lead: Just realised - the dates of the 2012 Olympics aren't listed in body of the article and cited. I suggest that you slot that into the background section.

• Background: Citation #2 has a date of publishing that needs to be added to the cite (15 April 2011).

• Athletics: Flip the order of the two citations for the first sentence, that way they'll be in numerical order. Same thing with the cites for the second sentence and for the second sentence of the second paragraph.
