In 2019, she argued that a bill to ensure the right of nurses to have uninterrupted lunches and rest breaks should be amended to exclude critical access hospitals that serve less populated areas, claiming that nurses at that type of hospital "...probably play cards for a considerable amount of the day." [8] The Washington State Nurses Association denounced her statements as "incredibly disrespectful and patronizing."[9] 73.97.106.80 (talk) 17:53, 20 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Imbecile?

[edit]

I didn't know that Wikipedia accepts and publishes opinions now. They may be correct, but they have lost a ton of credibility here. ANVIL9267 (talk) 21:05, 20 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I reverted the edit. Thanks for reporting! S0091 (talk) 21:10, 20 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
It's called vandalism. It happens. No, wiki has not lost "a ton of credibility" for allowing an insult to a very minor state politician to stand for a few minutes. Don't be ridiculous. 199.247.46.138 (talk) 04:08, 21 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I think they were referring to the editor who made the edit as the article is semi-protected for this reason. However, don't forget WP:GF, just because someone got upset about a sensational topic and made an edit in the heat of emotion doesn't mean there a bad person or a bad editor. • Wikipedia has been contaminated by liberal ideology and has become a little bit like an MSM outlet these days by deliberately leaving controversial opinions open for discussion. This name-calling behavior should never made it past the first draft.

Shame on wikipedia for describing this sitting senator as an imbecile. Whether she is or not is immaterial. This is supposed to be a neutral site to get non biased information. Not the opinion of any author. 184.90.45.100 (talk) 21:11, 20 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Please see comments above. The edit was reverted. S0091 (talk) 21:16, 20 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
