Karl Rove

[edit]

I removed a claim that Karl Rove was Cooper's source. That has not been established. It also doesn't pass the "stink test" -- if Rove was Cooper's source, why would he let him off the hook? Makes no sense. We need to wait and see before drawing conclusions like that in an unbiased article. The Washington Post has a full write-up of the situation as of Friday, July 8th, 2005 at this URL: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2005/07/07/AR2005070702215.html -- Pangloss

Updated: Newsweek is now (7/18 issue, 7/10/05) reporting that Karl Rove was the source, as confirmed by Rove's attorney. I'm adding the information to the document along with a hyperlink. -- Pangloss

Portfolio Article

[edit]

I just read a great article by Cooper in Portfolio magazine about his role in the Plame/Rove/Libby mess. You should link to it on the Cooper Wikipedia article:

Page creation

[edit]

I have created this page as disambiguation of the various Matt and Matthew Coopers. AlasdairGreen27 (talk) 13:03, 19 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Bot report : Found duplicate references !

In the last revision I edited, I found duplicate named references, i.e. references sharing the same name, but not having the same content. Please check them, as I am not able to fix them automatically :)
