"Matt" and male pronouns
[edit]It's been my understanding from other pages on Wikipedia (Jan Morris springs to mind) that Wikipedia uses the pronoun and gender the subject prefers/preferred. I came to Wikipedia to learn more about this author, so I'm hardly an expert, but judging from the website and biography, this author currently goes by Mattilda and uses the female pronoun. On the other hand, there's some indication elsewhere of identification as a 'gay man'. Without having read any books by the author (in particular, the one on gender), I'm somewhat at sea, but I would hope someone who has read more of Sycamore's work might weigh in with wisdom and/or opinion.
