Other appearances at Festivals, etc.

Not sure how or where to include other significant festival appearances, especially since this article is still a Stub. There were also some good reviews of the artist and/or albums. Since I don't often edit band or artist pages, I am not sure what is good to list, and what is good to leave out. I found references for their appearances at the Monterey Jazz Festival but didn't want to search for others. I presume the following list contains at least one of their major appearances, but I am not an expert on Jazz festivals. There is a whole list of these at the link below.
