The Census stats are incorrectly termed. White, Asian, and Black are races, not ethnicities. Hispanic is the only 'ethnicity', which can be of any race. If yuo quote the US Census, you must use its terminlogy.

1903 to 1913

I made a correction, as the citation for the town listings for the 1903-1913 district were for 1913-1923 (and created the correct reference). The accompanying thumbnail was correctly captioned however.
