I don't think it's spam, in the sense it was created by someone associated with the resort (instead, it seems to have been created by an otherwise-genuine contributor). However, I do question whether its sufficiently notable for inclusion or as its own article- this could probably be eligible for deletion per criterion of not asserting notability.--cjllw | TALK 00:01, 12 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
