Notability

I've never heard of him before, but glancing at the Aiki-Encyclopedia entry, I'd say he is notable enough to deserve an entry. There aren't many 7th dan teachers around. Unfortunately, I myself lack the knowledge to expand this article. --GenkiNeko 02:27, 30 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I fixed the article up according to wiki guidelines and promoted the article to a B. It does need a few more citations but its not bad. I also removed some of the more purple prose since this is supposed to be an encyclopedia rather than fan site. It still reads a bit like that and needs a little more work. Just the facts would be too dry but an encyclopedia article is supposed to reflect a neutral point of viewPeter Rehse 11:17, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This biography was initially published in Sanshinkai Letter 5 under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 2.5 license with the explicit goal to secondarily publish it again as this Wikipedia page where it can be corrected and extended.
