Infobox

You'll need to use the correct template for an infobox, rather than mocking one up with formatting as it is now. You can choose template:Infobox person or template:Infobox musical artist. Note that each infobox has a set of permitted parameters (or fields), and only those permitted parameters will be displayed in the infobox. I started to add one for you, but as your "mock" infobox contains fields not included in both, I wasn't sure which infobox template you would prefer to use.
