Needs rewrite
[edit]For a start, the article needs sections, as the article mixes personal life and writing career. Furthermore, it could do with expansion with regard to her views, both past and present. Autarch (talk) 16:59, 11 May 2012 (UTC)
Sections now added, along with some details and rearrangement of text. Still more needs to be done. Autarch (talk) 04:46, 12 May 2012 (UTC)
Someone's added a tag questioning the relevance of the "ugandan" reference. Just to note, that I've ended up at this article precisely because of that famous incident, so it is certainly one thing that makes Mary Kenny notable. It's a well known addition to the English language as a euphemism and is widely known. 217.113.170.97 (talk) 15:07, 15 May 2013 (UTC)
- Seconded. I looked her up here after seeing that phrase mentioned alongside her name in this BBC news article: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-22470691 129.67.119.178 (talk) 21:19, 15 May 2013 (UTC)
- thank you for the source. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 22:01, 15 May 2013 (UTC)
