Additions to the Page

[edit]

Hi, I'm seeking to add in some additional information onto the page, most likely about her childhood, interactions with government and her role within her family. I'm not sure if I've posted in the right talk page- please let me know and I will re-post elsewhere. Also I hope my proposed additions are okay with everyone? Hi JuicyLimon! It's a wiki and you are most welcome to edit the page! I've been working on Martina's son, David Tiberius, and I'd be happy to see someone improving the Martina article. She's a very interesting character. Haukur (talk) 12:46, 17 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@JuicyLimon: Good work, your edits have added important context. Creating a new section on 'downfall and deposition' was a good move as it places greater emphasis on a very important episode. Previously, the handful of sentences at the end of the 'regency' section might have been easy to miss. The article's lead didn't mention how her regency ended so the coup took me by surprise! Thank you for adding Lynda Garland as a source. When mentioning Herren it would be worth giving a first name so that readers can find out more about the author's views is they want. Also, it might be worth seeing if there are works which could be used to create a 'further reading' list so that readers have to option to dive deeper into the subject. Footnotes are identical

[edit]

Footnote 10 and 11 are identical. Merge somehow? I don't know how to do it personally. Cornelius (talk) 21:54, 20 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
