I think it unlikely that Mr Fraser joined the Civil Service in 1986, at the age of 16. Source material may be incorrect. 1996 seems more likely. ccferrie — Preceding undated comment added 13:25, 18 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

the information is correct Martin did join the civil service at 16 having completed his leaving cert exam 78.16.189.56 (talk) 22:28, 25 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
