Removed references to Larson having been self-identified or otherwise with revisionist New Thought movements in the 19th century. This would need to be a fact, if so, not an opinion. I have searched and searched for references related to Larson's personal religious or "New Thought" leanings and found nothing, if it is even relevant. His History of New Thought is a standard text at theological colleges everywhere, however. -B.

The article describes The Essene-Christian Faith as being "A scholarly review of the development of the Essene movement within Judaism, including the Teacher of Righteousness, and his possible imitator, Jesus, who was probably an Essene." Such unsupported statements as "and his possible imitator, Jesus, who was probably an Essene" are clearly not supported by any factual documentation within the article, and there is to my knowledge no outside sources which verify such claims. The clauses including "and his possible imitator, Jesus, who was probably an Essene" at the very least are blatantly POV and should be rewritten to more closely adhere to POV rules.
