I believe that Martha Palmer mets Criteria 1 and 2 for Wikipedia:Notability_(academics)

  1. "Verbs semantics and lexical selection" has 668 citations according to ACM and "The Proposition Bank: An Annotated Corpus of Semantic Roles" has 351 according to Web of Science.

The only support I could find for Martha Palmer's Masters at University of Texas is this research lab page. I'm not sure if this meets the criteria for a reliable third party source. NappingLlama (talk) 15:51, 15 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
