(11/10/17) Hello, I made a small change to the information in the beginning of the article. The last sentence in the introduction area stated "...existing U.S. subsidiary BMO Harris Bank." I made a minor edit to remove the BMO since the legacy M&I Bank and heritage Harris Bank were still separate in operations (after M&I Bank was acquired) and in name until October 2012 which was deemed the conversion of the separate companies. Therefore, BMO Harris bank was not technically the existing subsidiary.

Reference: I was a legacy M&I Bank employee, was there for the acquisition, the conversion, and I am still a current employee with BMO Harris Bank.[reply]
