I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Contradiction

Hello. I was reading this artcle and I noticed that in the first paragraph of the History and Current Operations section the article states that the Twin Bridges location is still operating. Then, in the next sentence, it goes on to say the Twin Bridges location has been torn down and the Key Bridges location is operating. Could someone with knowledge on the topic please fix this contradiction? 64.134.26.179 (talk) 14:26, 13 October 2012 (UTC)
