Artist Place of Birth Accuracy

The Washington Post article linked at the bottom of the Mark Jenkins wiki page states the artist was born in Fairfax, VA not Alexandria.

Also, this wiki article could use an expanded biography/ background section imo, especially since the artist's own web site does not contain a bio section. I was hoping to find out more basic background info about this artist.
