Re-naming

Mario Azzopardi often signs or is referred to as "Mario Philip Azzopardi" or "Mario Azzopardi" (see here, for example), probably also to distinguish himself from a namesake of about the same age also engaged in the arts. I propose re-naming this article as "Mario Philip Azzopardi" and adding a disambiguation page "Mario Azzopardi".
