Poglavnik[edit]

User with IP, that is with no name, please, stop changing Poglavnik to fascist leader. Ante Pavelić becomed more famous when he becomed Poglavnik. You have explanation what Poglavnik means. I hope you understand.--Wustenfuchs (talk) 20:19, 16 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

And that first sentence on Ante Pavelić article is my work, so I know better then anyone what it says.--Wustenfuchs (talk) 20:21, 16 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

He was a fascist leader, like Benito Mussolini. I don't see on any of two Mussolini wives(Rachele Mussolini and Ida Dalser) Wikipedia pages that says; wife of Italian Duce Benito Mussolini. Since I can see, by your edits, that you are a fan of NDH, Ustashe and Nazis, I don't expect you to be neutral about this. But for sure, I am willing to take this to a upper level, to Admins. Lets see what they say about this.--89.164.220.19 (talk) 00:24, 17 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Really, I do like history of nazism, but my edits are neutral... you can tell me to Holy Jesus if you want.

Books what mention him as poglavnik:

  • Balkan strongmen: dictators and authoritarian rulers of South Eastern Europe by Bernd Jürgen at page 199.
  • Religious separation and political intolerance in Bosnia-Herzegovina by Mitja Velikonja at page 164.
  • Partisan warfare 1941-45 by Nigel Thomas at page 21
  • War and revolution in Yugoslavia, 1941-1945: occupation and collaboration by Jozo Tomasevich at page 21.

And please, log in, don't be a sockpuppet.--Wustefuchs (talk) 11:50, 17 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

And this should prove what, that he isn't a fascist leader? Log in to what? --89.164.192.236 (talk) 16:01, 17 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

No, he was a fascist leader, and Poglavnik was title of that fascist leader, I hope you understand this. For more infrmations, please, visit the article Poglavnik. Now, sources are very important thing on Wikipedia. You know, on article Ante Pavelić, it is I who wrote this "fascist leader" of yours, so I know what I write and why did I wrote that. And please, do not erase my edits without sources.--Wustefuchs (talk) 19:10, 18 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, but it doesn't stand; Ante Pavelić was Croatian Poglavnik. It stands; Ante Pavelić was Croatian fascist leader. I hope you understand this. And please, do not erase my edits without reason.--89.164.140.130 (talk) 00:08, 19 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You erased my edit. It also says he was Poglavnik, please, do not reverse this edit and give me your sources.--Wustefuchs (talk) 13:25, 19 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Merger proposal[edit]

After reading this article, I'm finding very little notable about this woman other than the fact she was married to Ante Pavelic. We have some details about her family. Actually, we learn more about her parents in this article than we do about her. Essentially we have a family tree with some trivial wedding details masquerading as a biography. Should this perhaps be merged in to Ante Pavelić? AniMate 23:36, 19 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed per WP:NOTINHERITED. Toddst1 (talk) 23:40, 19 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • I would have to agree with merger proposal. The fact is that very little is known about Maria Pavelić, even in the Croatian media it is very difficult to find any relevant sources about her, if any. Obviously one of the reasons she has Wikipedia page is because of a fact that her mother was Jewish, and hence she is Jew by Halakha law. Hence the attempts of some individuals to make her notable, that is to show that her husband wasn't anti-Semite, when in fact he was. She doesn't have a page on Croatian Wikipedia.--Eversman (talk) 00:23, 20 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • I oppose - Some importan informations will be lost, and I can be sure that those infos won't be added to article Ante Pavelić. Another thing, maybe if you would give me time to add some new infos...--Wustefuchs (talk) 13:08, 20 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
What information would be lost? There's almost nothing to this article outside of their children and grandchildren. If you'd like to add the fact that Pavelic's wife had Jewish ancestry, I'm betting that could be added to the Ante Pavelic article. AniMate 20:23, 20 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support proposal to merge. All material can easily be merged without any important info being lost. Further, merging will put all the information contained within this article into clearer context and avoid any possible duplication of material between the two articles if they were to remain separate. Big Bird (talkcontribs)

If informations about his wife's Jewish ancestry and his children will be added to Ante Pavelić article, then I agree to merger, since I wasn't able to find any informations about Maria Pavelić.--Wustefuchs (talk) 18:34, 22 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

All of that information is already included in the Pavelic article. It was there before you created this one. AniMate 01:57, 23 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
