User 175.140.228.20, please revert your changing the designation from "former judge" to "jurist". As I have noted in both of my reverts, "jurist" has a wider meaning. To be more specific: a "jurist" is a specialist in theory of law. A judge may also be that, but it would be unusual and this person does not have a record as a theorist. The question here is the meaning of the English word "jurist": in other European languages, for example German Jurist, a similar word has a wider meaning, equivalent to English "lawyer". Thus I request you to change this back to "former judge". Wikiain (talk) 12:58, 1 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Her Excellency is not a "Dame" - the Order of St John does not entitle the holder to any "rank, style, title, dignity, appellation or social precedence whatsoever". No other Vice-Regal documents describe Her Excellency as a Dame. 49.255.94.226 (talk) 03:22, 18 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
