Source Value

After investigating the fifteenth source, nothing about Moreno was mentioned. If the source was cited just to show the user this organization, it should be kept. Otherwise, no accreditation would be given to Moreno because he was not mentioned in the source. In that aspect the source would not be helpful and should be removed.
