Thanks a lot for making this page--I was too lazy to do it myself. I changed the wording a bit, added a link, and put in a note about Gauchet's influences (since his kind of work is pretty foreign to most English-speaking readers).--WadeMcR08:29, 15 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Hi editors and community! I have worked on creating content to render this page a lot more informative in English, and have spent a few months with academics as part of a research project to curate a lot of objective information about Marcel Gauchet for the English-speaking world. I will be posting the new content in installments in the next couple of days, and all constructive discussion is welcome once I've done that! I will mostly be using the already-existing French page's content as well as other academic research as the basis for the new content. --LarissaPolidori0987 (talk) 08:03, 16 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I have finished putting in the researched content in stages of edits, and there are several new sections now with a lot more content having been researched through academic sources. Further work remains in the synopsis section, and I especially welcome an addition of a short synopsis of Gauchet's most recent book La Droite et la gauche: Histoire et destin(2021). Moreover, any further references or readings that would be beneficial to understanding Gauchet's works would be great additions. Any constructive discussion and collaboration is, as always, appreciated to help grow Marcel Gauchet's English Wikipedia page. Merci bien! --LarissaPolidori0987 (talk) 10:18, 17 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
