[edit]Removed line stating Maple Lake is renowned for fishing and watersports. Maple Lake is widely regarded as an extremely poor lake for fishing.
First of all, you didn't remove the line about "reknowned for fishing and watersports". Second, however, that would be a mistake. Perhaps the word "reknowned" is wrong, but Maple Lake is in fact a watersports mecca for that area of the country, and your assessment that Maple Lake is "widely regarded as an extremely poor lake for fishing" is neither historically accurate nor true in my experience. Like most lakes, it helps to be familiar with it, and to fish when the personal watercraft (formerly water-skiers) are asleep (i.e., anytime before 2pm). But there are fish in that thar lake, en' youse kin ketch'im if'n yor able to!!! Third, you didn't sign your entry, so in Wikepedia-ese, you are not entitled to your opinion anyway!!!
