[edit]The sources used are borderline WP:Reliable sources, you have to prove WP:Notability and he might have to pass WP:BIO. Fortunately, there are suitable independent sources at this search which you might want to weave in to the text, especially the BBC sources.
Also, I'll re-arrange the intro paras - he's notable for his record setting, so that needs the most prominent mention, not that he has a security company!
