Mamés
[edit]I am looking for the English name of Spanish san Mamés. According to [1]:
but the biography of Mamertus does not coincide with es:Mamés. --Error 23:59, 30 November 2005 (UTC)
san Mamés's equivalent is Mammes of Caesarea. --Polylerus 21:22, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
Archbishop
[edit]Isn't the title Archbishop anachronistic when used here?
Three Chilly Saints?
[edit]St. Mamertus, along with Sts. Pancras and Gervais, are collectively known as the "three chilly saints," so called because they usually fall during May's coldest part of the month, generally the date of the last frost of Spring in the northern hemisphere. Would it be advantageous to devote an article to these three saints collectively? Or if not an article, perhaps a subsection within the articles of each Saint? Erzahler (talk) 09:53, 16 May 2020 (UTC)
