Is there a source stating how many Malaysian citizens are in NK?

Right to leave and return to home country
[edit]North Korea violated first the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights provision of one's right to leave another country and return to his/her home country. Although Malaysia was in the right to begin with, why did its government make the restriction reciprocal?
