I second here. We don't give official titles preference if they are obscure today. The article predominantly describes a locality of Ljubljana. It is therefore, in my opinion, best to title it in accordance with today's prevalent usage and the standard naming of other such articles, i.e. 'Mala Vas (Ljubljana)'. --Eleassar ^{my talk} 19:03, 30 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
