Hey, FuchsiaWolf, I'll take a look at this, but when assessing whether a subject is notable we are looking for three instances of significant coverage in reliable sources. Just recipes don't do it; there needs to be in these sources discussion of the dish itself, its history, its importance in the culture, etc. Everything in the article needs to be cited to a reliable source.
I've googled and the dish does look likely to be notable. If the draft gets declined again, don't add non-RS and resubmit the draft, just come back here and we'll discuss! Valereee (talk) 14:44, 12 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
