Nationality context in lead
[edit]She was born in US, lives and works in US, all notable activities are in US. She is an American actress and singer. Other nationality irrelevant to notability so doesn't go in intro or lead. See MOS:CONTEXTBIO for details. Early life section gives details that are not related to her notable activities and that is where info about her other nationality and ethnicity belong. Nationality and carreer
[edit]She was born in US, she is CURRENTLY working in the US but has lived her whole life in Argentina and she has said herself that she lives in Argentina to this day [1], her acting debut was in an Argentine Nickelodeon TV show which was very big. She is an American and Argentine actress and singer. LMOBX (talk) 22:45, 20 June 2024 (UTC)

- I changed it to American and Argentine in intro. Also some other changes based on the fact that Argentina isn't Spain or Mexico. Geraldo Perez (talk) 23:37, 20 June 2024 (UTC)
- And for which reed you have to put it again the another nationality of this article if it doesn't go both in the short description and in the lead in a sentence? Let Maia Reficco say explicitly in a source that she currently works in the United States and lived her entire life in Argentina, stop spoiling the article because that will be of no use. 190.167.45.80 (talk) 23:31, 3 November 2024 (UTC)
- Notable in both locations, citizen of both, both belong in SD and lead. See MOS:CONTEXTBIO "In cases of public or relevant dual citizenship, or a career that spans a subject's emigration, the use of the word and reduces ambiguity." Geraldo Perez (talk) 23:37, 3 November 2024 (UTC)
- Except that an article like the one I have edited before has not been removed apart from the Argentine nationality in the short description and the term "singer" in the lead in the sentence you can say that the article is very uncomfortable and less disordered for me If you saw this paragraph in a description when reading. 190.167.45.80 (talk) 23:50, 3 November 2024 (UTC)
- It depends on the individual. Citizenship by itself isn't sufficient for mention in the SD or lead, it must be backed by notable activities in both countries for both to be listed. The argument for leaving out "Argentine" in both would be lack of notable work in Argentina. Counter argument given in this discussion is why it was changed to include both. She started her notable career in Argentina before moving back to the US. Geraldo Perez (talk) 00:03, 4 November 2024 (UTC)
