Still active in military?
[edit]- "However, on 10 October 2012, Abdullah Omar, a defected Syrian journalist, told CNN that Maher was treated in Russia but returned to the presidential palace, where al-Omar said that Maher had lost his left leg in the bombing and also the use of his left arm."
I was wondering if this meant he was no longer taking a leading role with the military in Syrian's war. If so, this should be noted. Are there reliable local sources? 69.125.134.86 (talk) 16:21, 9 July 2013 (UTC)
