Power Transmission Project in Afghanistan

Dear Sir/Madam we are US-Afghan Construction Company worked in Iraq and Afghanistan for US-Army Corps of Engineers, Currently US-Army would like to award new project of Electrical Transmission line form Kabul to Logar Province, as we dont have much experience in electrical transmission, so we contacted you if you are interested to work in Afghanistan you are most welcome we can go for further communication and i will give you all the documents for your review and will let you know what do we need at this time
