Hindenburg Report

[edit]

It should be noted that Hindenburg has accused her without conclusive evidence, the Report tries to spin the illusion that the mere existence of an offshore entity implies that some criminal activity has taken place. Without any evidence linking a decision or favour to the alleged beneficiary - the Adani Group - the Report clumsily recycles its own earlier claims which were debunked by the Supreme Court. 2405:201:5400:B029:346E:9F2C:B65A:C8E8 (talk) 10:47, 12 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

There are WP:BLP issues with this article, which strings together Hindenburg's allegations and a few more sentences to the tune of "accused her" and "blamed her" to create a whole WP:CSECTION. A thorough clean-up is required. Hindenburg's allegations should be treated as WP:PRIMARY as the firm's short-positions as well as the "Legal Disclaimer" at the bottom of their report make it clear that they have a monetary interest in writing what they wrote. The article should ideally summarise everything by using high-quality WP:SECONDARY sources which contain analysis, evaluation, interpretation, or synthesis of these allegations, instead of simply repeating Hindenburg's words. I might take a crack at this when I'm free. Yuvaank (talk) 06:58, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Nobody is citing Hindenburg report here but the secondary sources that have cited it. Your misleading analysis of their report is futile. - Ratnahastin (talk) 10:14, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Are you sure? Reference number 6 is literally Hindenburg's report, a WP:PRIMARY source no matter how you try to cut it. Yuvaank (talk) 10:12, 21 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
