ALBUM SALES
[edit]The Source said : "before a windowed album by Korean band Big Bang sold over 6m copies." and the only album released in QQ is 'MADE' + The article posted in January 25, 2017, and The Album released in 12 December 2016. --#MRAU 05:51, 17 January 2018 (UTC)
- @MRAU-vip: That's the definition of original research. You have assumed an album being spoken about in the source, which gives no time frame itself, is Made. Also, really? Six million copies of an album sold in China in two months? That would be some kind of record for that market. China may be big population-wise, but it is a pretty small music market. Six million copies in two months for any band or act there is unheard of. Ss112 06:00, 17 January 2018 (UTC)
Maybe you don't know about BigBang, Their leader G-dragon sold 1 Million copies in just 3 days in china, its not impossible to bigbang to achieve that. --41.249.223.103 (talk) 08:30, 18 January 2018 (UTC)
- I'm very well aware the status of Big Bang and G-Dragon. I didn't say it was "impossible"—I said "it's unheard of" up until this point. The same article linked above mentions Jay Chou, who as far as I've heard is basically a superstar in China and would be just as big if not bigger than Big Bang, and he only managed 170,000 in a month in his biggest music market. Regardless, the linked article does not mention the album by name. Ss112 02:55, 19 January 2018 (UTC)
