Fabian Grout is a cousin of Eddie Dickens. The two eerily similar to what the particular Even Madder Aunt Maud irritated. However, Fabians lighter hair and he wears a earring. Fabian and his family first appear in "Horrendous Habits".

Aunt Hetty (full name: Hester Grout born Dickens) is one of the characters in Philip Ardagh's best-selling books' The Eddie Dickens Trilogy '.
